Let's get you back to the opportunities.

Setup, troubleshooting, and recovery for GroupSignal, without sharing your Facebook login or private content.

Chrome extension Facebook groups Real-time AI monitoring

Need help? Email support@sosaly.com.

Quick start

Three steps to your first monitor.

Matches then arrive in your online Sosaly inbox.

  1. 01

    Connect your browser

Install GroupSignal from the Chrome Web Store and connect it to your Sosaly account. Sign in to Facebook in the same Chrome profile, then choose Check Facebook access in the popup and allow it.

  2. 02

    Describe what you want

On Sosaly, start the 7-day trial when you're ready: up to 5 groups, no card. Then describe what to find and, optionally, what to ignore.

  3. 03

    Choose your groups and start

Add groups from the lists GroupSignal syncs from your Facebook accounts; only those are collected. Choose Start monitoring to collect new posts from then on. $10/month includes five group slots. Each additional slot is $2/month. Each group in an active monitor uses one slot, up to 25.

Troubleshooting

Start with what you can observe.

GroupSignal shows Facebook access, the last successful scan and any coverage gap, so a problem never looks like a quiet day.

01My Facebook groups do not appear

Sign in to Facebook in the same Chrome profile, then choose Check Facebook access in the GroupSignal popup, or Check again in the account's menu. For a group you just joined, choose Resync group list on the Connections page, or Show my groups on the computer with GroupSignal. Only groups in your Facebook groups list can be added.

02I reinstalled GroupSignal or moved to another computer

Connect GroupSignal to your Sosaly account and choose Check Facebook access with the same Facebook account. Its groups restore while they are still in its Facebook groups list; the Connections page shows progress, and Restore now checks again. A group it can't find stays in its monitor until you remove, keep, or move it. Remove an old computer there with Remove browser.

03I use more than one Facebook account

Connect each account in its own Chrome profile or browser, all to the same Sosaly account. Each collects its own groups, and one search covers them all. Checking access with an account in another browser moves its collection there. On the Connections page you can move a group to another account that can read it, or forget an account.

04Monitoring is on, but I see no matches

On Sosaly, open Monitors and check that the monitor is active, its groups each show a collecting account, and no coverage gap is shown. Make sure your description still fits. Zero matches can be normal; Checking new posts… means analysis isn't finished yet.

05Collection is behind or stopped

GroupSignal collects on a best-effort basis while Chrome is open and your Facebook login works. The popup shows Collection is behind with the last scan or gap, or Not collecting with the reason and a fix when there is one. Monitoring off means the account-wide switch is off: turn it on in the popup or with Collect posts in your browsers on Monitors. A sleeping computer or expired login leaves a gap, which Sosaly shows.

06Browser alerts are missing

Alerts appear only in the browser that collects the group. Check Browser alerts on the Connections page, Chrome's notification permission (the popup offers Fix permission), and your system's Do Not Disturb settings. Alerts are silent, and matches still reach your inbox when alerts are off.

07The extension reports a local data or storage problem

Choose Retry in the popup. If storage is full, free disk space and reopen Chrome. As a last resort, Reset local GroupSignal data disconnects this browser and removes its GroupSignal data and Facebook permission, but not your online inbox. Then connect again and check Facebook access with the same account; its groups restore automatically.

08Is AI monitoring unlimited?

Unlimited AI monitoring is subject to fair use. Sustained unusually heavy or repetitive use may be processed more slowly; normal speed resumes automatically. The subscription does not include general-purpose AI access, automated setup farming, proxy access or resale.

09A Zapier or Make delivery is not working

Check the monitor's webhook status and any recovery steps shown, then the workflow in Zapier or Make. Sosaly sends webhooks from its servers, so your browser doesn't need to be open. A delivery the provider accepted doesn't confirm that later workflow steps ran.

10I want to delete my Sosaly account

Sign in on sosaly.com, open Account, and request deletion. It stops renewals and is separate from signing out, canceling renewal, or resetting GroupSignal. You have 30 days to undo, starting when your access ends; then your account and online inbox are deleted. Copies already with payment providers, Zapier, or Make can't be recalled.

Recovery

Know what each reset and delete action affects.

Matches stay in your online inbox for 30 days and saved opportunities until you delete them; reviewing them doesn't need your collecting browser. Each action below is separate; only account deletion erases your inbox.

Account

Sign out

Ends this website session. Your browsers keep collecting.

Account

Sign out everywhere

Ends every website session and disconnects every browser. Billing continues.

Connections

Remove browser

Disconnects that browser only; billing is unaffected. The popup calls it Disconnect this browser.

Billing

Cancel renewal

Stops future renewals. Your paid time continues to its end date.

Last resort

Reset local GroupSignal data

Removes this browser's GroupSignal data and Facebook permission and disconnects it. Your Facebook login, billing, Sosaly inbox and settings, and account are untouched.

Account

Request deletion

Deletes your Sosaly account and online inbox after the undo period.

Reporting a problem
